Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Causal AI Analyst to design, develop, and support causal analysis and experimentation frameworks that identify the key drivers of business outcomes. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, data, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement causal inference models to evaluate business strategies and interventions.
• Conduct A/B testing and controlled experiments to measure the impact of business initiatives.
• Apply statistical and econometric techniques to identify causal relationships in complex datasets.
• Develop analytical models using Python or R for causal analysis and experimentation.
• Interpret experimental results and provide actionable business recommendations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define hypotheses, success metrics, and experimental designs.
• Analyze large datasets and communicate findings through reports and visualizations.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with analytical best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and continuously improve analytical methodologies.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Causal Inference techniques
• Hands-on experience with A/B Testing and experimental design
• Strong foundation in Statistics and probability
• Knowledge of Econometrics
• Proficiency in Python or R
• Experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Understanding of business analytics, customer behavior analysis, and experimentation platforms
• Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD practices is an added advantage

Experience

• Up to 5 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant hands-on experience in Causal AI, Data Science, Business Analytics, Econometrics, or closely related technologies.
