Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of CATI interviewers to achieve daily and project-level targets.
• Plan and allocate calling assignments based on project requirements, sample specifications, and interviewer capacity.
• Monitor team productivity, attendance, calling performance, conversion rates, and quality scores.
• Ensure strict adherence to research questionnaires, survey methodology, calling scripts, project guidelines, and client requirements.
• Conduct regular call audits and quality checks to ensure accurate, reliable, and high-quality research data.
• Train, coach, and provide continuous feedback to interviewers to improve productivity, quality, and research skills.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports, identify operational issues, and coordinate with the Project/Operations Manager to ensure timely project completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; preferably in Market Research, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of overall experience in Market Research, with strong hands-on experience in CATI/telephonic research.
• Prior experience in a CATI Team Leader/Supervisor role managing interviewers or research teams.
• Experience managing a team of 10–30+ CATI interviewers will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, CATI platforms, and performance tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple research projects and deliver results within strict timelines.
