Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Catering Sales Manager located in Rohini. The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for driving catering sales, coordinating events, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients to plan and execute events, ensuring timely and efficient communication, overseeing food and beverage arrangements, and managing customer expectations. The role requires proactive networking to build relationships and generate leads, while ensuring the highest standards in customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Catering Sales and knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
• Event Planning and coordination expertise for a variety of occasions
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and proven experience in Customer Service
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to organize and manage events of various scales, with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in luxury hospitality and familiarity with the Delhi market is a plus
