Job Description

Job Title: Catering Sales Manager– CulinArt (Institutional & Catering)

Location: Delhi NCR / Gurgaon

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales professional to lead the launch and expansion of our premium food brand CulinArt, currently operating at Pathways World School.

This role is critical in establishing CulinArt as a leading name in institutional dining and catering by building strong client relationships and driving new business across schools, corporate offices, and institutional segments.

The brand aims to extend this philosophy beyond campus into the broader institutional and corporate catering ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the business launch and growth of CulinArt in Delhi NCR
  • Drive new client acquisition across:
  • Schools and educational institutions
  • Corporate offices and business parks
  • Events and institutional catering opportunities
  • Leverage existing networks to generate immediate business opportunities
  • Develop and execute a strong B2B sales pipeline and strategy
  • Pitch CulinArt's unique food philosophy and service proposition to clients
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closure
  • Build long-term partnerships and ensure high client retention
  • Work closely with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Represent the brand in industry forums, client meetings, and networking platforms

Key Requirements

  • Strong background in hospitality, food services, or facility management sales
  • Prior exposure to organizations such as hotels, Sodexo, Compass, Google (F&B operations), or similar environments (mandate)
  • Proven ability to generate business from schools, corporates, and institutions
  • Established network and business contacts within Delhi NCR / Gurgaon
  • Hands-on approach with a strong hunter mindset for new business
  • Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to independently drive revenue and meet aggressive growth targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent in Sales / Marketing / Business
  • Experience in institutional catering or school dining programs
  • Strong understanding of client expectations in premium segments
