Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Catering Manager at KIC Food Products Private Limited. The Catering Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of catering services. Daily responsibilities include managing food preparation, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards, creating catering menus, and collaborating with clients to meet their specific needs. The role also requires supervising catering staff and managing budgets to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Service and Catering operations
• Strong skills in Cooking and experience in Food & Beverage preparation
• Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Leadership and management skills with the ability to oversee a team
• Attention to detail to maintain food quality and safety standards
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in catering management or food service industry is highly desirable
