Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate catering events from start to finish, including venue selection, menu planning, and staff management.
- Manage and oversee catering staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences.
- Prepare budgets and track expenses related to catering events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during food preparation and service.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the catering industry.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers for food, equipment, and services.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
