Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate catering events from start to finish, including venue selection, menu planning, and staff management.
• Manage and oversee catering staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences.
• Prepare budgets and track expenses related to catering events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during food preparation and service.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the catering industry.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers for food, equipment, and services.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in catering management or a similar role.
