Hiring: Category Executive – Beauty | Mumbai

We're looking for a numbers-driven Category Executive to own and grow our Beauty category.

Budget: Up to 8 LPA

Experience: 2–5 years in Category Management / Beauty / E-commerce / D2C

What you'll own:

• Track GMV, revenue, margins, AOV, conversion & category growth
• Build and execute category growth plans based on data and market trends
• Analyse SKU-level performance, sell-through, inventory & profitability
• Manage Beauty portfolio, assortment & new product launches
• Work closely with brands, vendors, marketing, supply chain & sales teams
• Identify gaps and opportunities using MIS, dashboards & business analytics
• Drive category targets and continuously improve commercial metrics
