Ultimutt is an at-home pet grooming company operating across Gurgaon, South Delhi and Faridabad. Our trained groomers come to the pet parent's doorstep, so pets are groomed in a calm, familiar setting without the stress of travel or salon waits.

Customers book through our app, website and a dedicated sales team, and a growing share choose our memberships for regular grooming. We are a founder-led team building the most trusted pet care brand in NCR, and we are hiring people who want real ownership and will build, not just manage.

Own a business line end to end, like a mini-CEO. You will be accountable for revenue, margins and customer experience for a category or city, working across Sales, Supply, Marketing and Tech to hit targets.

• Own the P&L for an assigned category or city: revenue, gross margin, unit economics and growth.
• Set targets and run weekly business reviews with Sales, Supply and Growth owners.
• Drive pricing, packaging, offers and membership design for the category.
• Identify and launch new services or add-ons; build business cases with clear numbers.
• Track customer experience (ratings, complaints, repeat rate) and fix root causes with Ops.

• 3–7 years in category management, business finance, strategy or a P&L role at a consumer or marketplace startup.
• Very strong with numbers and Excel; comfortable building models and dashboards.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• MBA or CA preferred, but not mandatory for the right person.

• Experience in home services, hyperlocal or marketplace businesses.
