You are responsible for:

You will be responsible for:

1.Owning the end-to-end product discovery journey — from how users find products to how we engage them

across FK platform.

2.Defining strategy and shaping roadmaps, working with product, design, analytics, and engineering teams to

drive measurable business outcomes.

3.Leading experiments to optimize CTR, add-to-cart rates, session depth, personalization, and engagement

through CRM and on plat initiatives

4.Building and evolving CRM & retention platforms to improve customer engagement, retention, repeat

purchases, and attribution accuracy.

5.Driving engagement and customer retention, enhancing overall platform stickiness and lifetime value.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following:

Key Success Metrics:

Conversion lift

Discovery metrics (CTR, engagement depth, Bounce rate reduction)

Increased CRM-driven retention and revenue share

Customer retention & sign-up growth

Mandatory Skills:

1.Proven experience in CRM, growth, or product marketing roles.

2.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

3.Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, design, analytics, and tech).

4.Expertise in CRM tools, marketing automation, and personalization strategies.
