Category Manager

We're Hiring: Category Manager – UPSC | Bengaluru

At Unacademy, we are on a mission to transform education and empower millions of learners across India. Our UPSC category is one of the most strategic and high-impact business verticals, and we're looking for a strong Category Manager to help us scale it further.

If you have a strong analytical mindset, experience in business growth, cohort planning, pricing strategy, revenue optimization, and learner conversion-and enjoy working at the intersection of business, sales, and learner success-this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

Analyze High Intent Cohort (HIC) activity and identify revenue spike opportunities

Drive category growth, learner segmentation, and revenue optimization

Manage pricing, discounts, banners, nudges, and monthly offer cycles

Work closely with Sales, CLM, Marketing, Product, and Educator teams

Track ROI, CLM performance, conversion metrics, and monthly business KPIs

Build learner cohorts and improve acquisition + retention strategies

Own overall business performance for the UPSC category

What We're Looking For:

2-4 years of experience in Category Management / Growth / Revenue Operations

Strong analytical and business ownership mindset

Experience in pricing, lead management, learner conversion funnels, and cohort planning

Strong stakeholder management and execution skills

Candidates from EdTech / UPSC ecosystem will be strongly preferred

Experience with tools like Amplitude is a strong plus

Experience: 2-4 Years

Work Schedule: 6 days a week
