Brief about the Team

The category team at Tata 1mg is a pivotal team situated within the category management vertical. Collaborating closely with the organization's leadership team, marketing, product as well as supply chain teams, their primary goal is to ensure a healthy top-line as well as sustainable bottom-line growth.

What will you do

We are looking for an experienced category manager to manage and scale our over the counter (OTC) categories.

The role would primarily revolve around building the best-in-class assortment, ensuring competitive pricing and continuous improvement of customer service.

You would also be the custodian partnering with multiple teams including procurement, product, key accounts team, marketing with the mindset of getting things done with complete ownership of your categories.

What we are looking for

Master's degree with at least 3 years experience post MBA

In-depth understanding of the e-commerce business and landscape

Ability to drive partnerships, take initiatives, and manage complex projects and teams

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with a lot of detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, creating new systems and processes to solve problems
