About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Program Manager + Category Manager to lead business growth, category performance, operational excellence, and cross - functional program execution for the EdTech business.

The role requires a strong blend of business strategy, stakeholder management, program execution, category ownership, and analytical decision-making. The incumbent will be responsible for driving category performance, improving learner experience, managing business KPIs, and ensuring seamless coordination across academic, operations, marketing, sales, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

1.Program Management

● Drive end-to-end execution of strategic business initiatives and academic programs.

● Monitor program performance, timelines, deliverables, and operational efficiency.

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Academics, Operations, and Student Success.

● Identify process gaps and implement scalable operational improvements.

● Track business metrics, learner engagement, retention, and revenue performance.

● Prepare dashboards, reports, and leadership reviews for program performance analysis.

● Ensure timely resolution of operational escalations and stakeholder concerns.

2.Category Management

● Own category-level growth, revenue, and profitability metrics.

● Develop category growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

● Analyze market trends, learner demand, competition, and business opportunities.

● Work closely with marketing teams for campaign planning and lead generation initiatives.

● Collaborate with academic/content teams to improve product positioning and learner outcomes.

● Optimize pricing, offerings, and go-to-market strategies for category growth.

● Drive learner satisfaction and category retention initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

● Bachelor's degree from a reputed institute; MBA preferred.

● 3–6 years of relevant experience in Program Management, Category Management, Business Operations, or Growth roles.

● Prior experience in EdTech, Internet, Consumer Tech, or Startup ecosystem preferred.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

● Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, and business reporting.

● Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong ownership mindset with high execution orientation.
