- About the Role*
We are looking for a Category Manager to build and scale a new business line from the ground up. This is a 0→1 ownership role, where you will define strategy, drive revenue, and execute at a granular level.
This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically while being deeply involved in execution. You will work closely with clients, build processes, lead a team, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Key Responsibilities*
- Category Ownership (P&L)*
- Own end-to-end category performance including revenue, growth, and profitabilities
- Drive key business metrics and ensure sustainable scaling
- Business Strategy & Buildout*
- Define category vision, GTM strategy, and execution roadmap
- Identify growth opportunities and build scalable business models
- Client Acquisition & Growth*
- Drive enterprise and SMB client acquisition
- Manage and grow key accounts
- Own funnel metrics, conversions, and revenue targets
- Execution & Operations*
- Dive deep into operations and execution
- Build and optimize processes from scratch
- Solve bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements
- Team Leadership*
- Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team
- Build a strong ownership-driven culture
- Cross-Functional Collaboration*
- Work closely with Product, Operations, and Leadership teams
- Align category goals with overall business objectives
- Experience & Qualifications*
- 10–12 years of B2B experience in high-growth startups or new-age companies
- Exposure to both Enterprise and SMB segments
- Proven track record of building and scaling a business/category
- Experience in Supply Chain Financing, Payments, or SMB Lending preferred
