  • About the Role*

We are looking for a Category Manager to build and scale a new business line from the ground up. This is a 0→1 ownership role, where you will define strategy, drive revenue, and execute at a granular level.

This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically while being deeply involved in execution. You will work closely with clients, build processes, lead a team, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Category Ownership (P&L)*
  • Own end-to-end category performance including revenue, growth, and profitabilities
  • Drive key business metrics and ensure sustainable scaling
  • Business Strategy & Buildout*
  • Define category vision, GTM strategy, and execution roadmap
  • Identify growth opportunities and build scalable business models
  • Client Acquisition & Growth*
  • Drive enterprise and SMB client acquisition
  • Manage and grow key accounts
  • Own funnel metrics, conversions, and revenue targets
  • Execution & Operations*
  • Dive deep into operations and execution
  • Build and optimize processes from scratch
  • Solve bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements
  • Team Leadership*
  • Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team
  • Build a strong ownership-driven culture
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration*
  • Work closely with Product, Operations, and Leadership teams
  • Align category goals with overall business objectives
  • Experience & Qualifications*
  • 10–12 years of B2B experience in high-growth startups or new-age companies
  • Exposure to both Enterprise and SMB segments
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a business/category
  • Experience in Supply Chain Financing, Payments, or SMB Lending preferred
