About the Role:
We're looking for a sharp, curious intern to join us as a Category Management Intern, working
closely with our team to shape and scale wedding service categoriesboth Venue and
Non-Venue. This internship offers hands-on experience in product thinking, category structuring,
and operational strategy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Learn:
Product cataloging and standardization
Pricing strategies and frameworks
Customer personal mapping
Vendor management and coordination
Tracking and improving attach rates across service categories
What You'll Do:
Assist in creating and maintaining structured catalogs for venue and non-venue
categories
Support the team in analyzing and implementing standardized pricing models
Conduct research to define and refine customer personas across different wedding
segments
Collaborate with vendors to onboard and organize service offerings
Track key metrics to identify opportunities to improve cross-category attach rates
Participate in team discussions on product and category strategy
What We're Looking For:
Strong analytical and organizational skills
A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
Interest in product, operations, or the wedding/events space
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of data tools is a plus
