Overview
As an Assoc Analyst (PMO), they will serve as a critical member of the POG CoE team helping advance the processes and ways-of-working of PepsiCo in this space. Work closely with Category Management and Space teams to ensure planograms meet approved parameters. They will work cross-functionally with the internal team and account teams to drive processes and projects efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Partner with global teams, category managers, key account managers and Planogram leaders to plan, prioritize, lead & deliver projects on time.
- Apply standard Project Management practices by Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Closing multiple projects at a given time with high sense of ownership & accountability
- Drive standard operational routines through daily workload management, prioritization & tracking team deliverables
- Ensure timelines are met by tracking project process, coordinating activities, and resolving issues
- Work in a team environment with focus on achieving team goals vs individual goals
- Able to collaborate effectively: ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely
- Knowledge Sharing: Gain in-depth knowledge of PepsiCo business, categories, products, tools and share new learnings with the team on a continual basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4 - 7 years of experience in Space Planning / Planograms Retail or FMCG Experience
- 1-2 years of project management experience.
- Knowledge and experience of Planograms preferred
- Advanced skillset in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated intermediate Excel skills necessary
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams / Stake holders.
- Best-in-class time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional manner
