Most companies treat inventory as a back-office function. Smart ones treat it as a competitive advantage. The right planner doesn't just keep the lights on — they unlock revenue by getting forecasts right, by spotting slow-movers early, by knowing when to invest deeper into a winner and when to walk away.
NOOE has won a Red Dot Design Award, been stocked at Harrods in London, and appeared on Shark Tank India. As we scale, inventory becomes the thing that either compounds our growth or chokes it. We need someone who can make sure it's the first one.

About This Role
This is an analytical and commercial role.
You'll own demand forecasting, inventory planning, OTB, and sell-through analysis across NOOE's bags and hard goods. You'll build the bridge between marketing (what's launching when) and production (what to make how much of). You'll maintain the product sheets the rest of the company runs on.
Generalist marketers, junior analysts, and category managers without inventory ownership are not the right fit.
What You'll Own
Demand forecasts by category and SKU
Purchase projections and OTB management
Product data and sheet maintenance
Sell-through analysis and slow-mover flags
Cross-functional coordination with marketing and production
Monthly inventory review with founders
What We're Looking For
3–6 years owning inventory planning at a DTC, retail, or lifestyle brand
50+ SKU complexity in your background
Spreadsheet fluency obvious from how you describe your tools
Specific stockout/overstock examples — what you missed and how you fixed the process
DTC understanding (cohort sell-through, return rates, launch curves)
Delhi/NCR based
