The Hook

We are taking a massive, traditional industry and forcing it into the digital age. As we scale

toward 6x growth, our platforms, chats, and calls are generating an ocean of fragmented supply

chain data. We need a high-growth mindset individual to sit directly alongside the Founders and

act as our analytical engine. Your mandate is simple but difficult: bring order to the chaos and

turn raw operational data into monetizable insights that dictate our strategy.

Role Overview

The Category Head will be responsible for driving the trading of bulk chemicals. The role involves

strategic sourcing, operations and end-to-end P&L ownership. This is a leadership position with

significant growth opportunities within the organization.

ownership of category performance.

The Commercial Leader: Strong business acumen with the ability to drive revenue, margins,

and pricing strategies.

The Network Builder: Deep relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and key industry

stakeholders.

The Operator: Hands-on leader with the ability to manage cross-functional teams across

logistics, finance, and operations.

The Entrepreneur: High ownership mindset with a proactive approach to scaling and building a

category from the ground up.
