Job Description
- Strategy Development:
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy for the lending category, aligning with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Drive innovative product development and enhancements to meet the evolving needs of customers and partners.
- Product Management:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of lending products within the E-Commerce platform.
- P&L Ownership:
- Assume full P&L responsibility for the lending category, monitoring and analyzing financial performance.
- Implement cost-effective measures and revenue-generating initiatives to maximize profitability.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the lending and supply chain financing landscape.
- Stay abreast of competitor activities and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including Fintechs, NBFCs, and other relevant partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Technology, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of lending initiatives.
- Risk Management:
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the interests of the company and its customers.
- Monitor and assess the creditworthiness of borrowers and the overall health of the lending portfolio.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in Product Management and P&L ownership in the lending and supply chain financing domain.
- Background in Fintechs or NBFCs with a strong understanding of the Indian market.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
