Job Description
- Own the end-to-end P&L and overall performance of the Knee category.
- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth, profitability and market share.
- Create and implement the commercial roadmap for the Knee portfolio.
- Lead forecasting, production planning and inventory management to ensure seamless product availability.
- Manage pricing strategies, margin optimisation and commercial agreements across key customer segments.
- Partner with Sales Leaders to achieve category revenue and profitability objectives.
- Build and strengthen relationships with surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), distributors and strategic accounts.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor assessments and portfolio reviews to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive product training initiatives, workshops, CMEs and educational programmes.
- Identify portfolio gaps and recommend new products and market expansion opportunities.
- Lead, mentor and develop category teams while driving a culture of performance and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of category initiatives.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Graduate with an MBA in Healthcare Management, Sales or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in the Orthopaedics, Knee Reconstruction or Medical Devices industry.
- Demonstrated success managing a product category or business segment with P&L responsibility.
- Deep understanding of Knee implants, instrumentation and market dynamics.
- Expertise in business planning, forecasting, inventory management and pricing strategy.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive profitable growth.
- Experience working with KOLs, surgeons, distributors and healthcare institutions.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing teams.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- End-to-end ownership of a strategically important business category.
