Job Description

  • Work with various internal teams to help drive tools and process improvementsthat affect catalogue management workflows.
  • Participating in the identification and correction of catalogue errors; investigating catalogue related complaints.
  • Resolving problems that appear on the supply chain (warehouse) and help
  • improve inventory management.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of content creation / population done by others.
  • Training and mentoring team associates.
  • Presenting team and individual reports regarding work received and work performed.
