Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Catalogue Executive to manage and optimize product listings across multiple eCommerce platforms. The role involves ensuring accurate product information, high-quality content, and seamless coordination with internal teams to support sales and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, upload, and manage product catalogues across E Commerce platforms.
- Ensure accuracy of product titles, descriptions, pricing, SKUs, variants, and inventory details.
- Optimize listings using relevant keywords for better visibility and conversions.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and operations teams for product images, content updates, and launches.
- Monitor and resolve catalogue-related issues such as listing errors, rejections, and mismatches.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone and product presentation across all platforms.
- Regularly update catalogues based on stock changes, promotions, and seasonal requirements.
- Generate basic reports on catalogue performance and improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in catalogue management or E Commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with E Commerce platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO for product listings.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience working with fashion or lifestyle products.
- Knowledge of image standards and content guidelines for marketplaces.
- Exposure to multi-brand or agency environments.
