Catalogue Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Listing & Maintenance:

List products and continuously update the product catalogue across Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, quick commerce (Zepto, Blinkit), and international platforms.

• Catalogue Health & BAU Ops:

Monitor and maintain listing quality at scale. Handle daily BAU tasks including suppression handling, inventory syncs, pricing checks, and issue resolution.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the supply chain, product, and brand teams to create product catalogues in advance. Brief content and design teams for A+ content, images, titles, and bullet points.

• Brand Consistency:

Ensure brand voice, visual consistency, and localization across all channels. Oversee channel-specific content requirements (e.g., RPD for Flipkart, translations for Middle East marketplaces).

• Error Identification & Resolution:

Take ownership of catalogue-related complaints, identify and correct errors, and troubleshoot marketplace issues (e.g., pricing mismatches, Andon Cords, missing A+ content).

• SEO Optimization:

Optimise catalogue content for search engines to ensure higher visibility and rankings.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in creating and managing catalogues and listings for a

recognised company or brand.

• Proven experience handling catalogue operations across major marketplaces (Amazon,

Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle cross-functional

dependencies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills for rapid BAU issue resolution.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to track catalogue health metrics.
