We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Catalog Specialist to manage and optimize product catalog quality across our e-commerce platform. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate product attribution, maintaining taxonomy and attribute integrity, and enabling product discovery through high-quality and structured catalog data.
The Catalog Specialist defines and executes improvements to product data, refines attribute logic and taxonomy structures, and ensures catalog consistency across categories. This includes working on Product Configurator tools, ensuring accurate product compatibility, and maintaining scalable catalog structures that support navigation and filtering.
Reporting to the Webshop Navigation Lead, the role works cross-functionally with Product Content, Performance, UX, CRO, Buying, and Tech teams to ensure catalog integrity, improve product discoverability, and support category performance across multiple webshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain Product Configurator tools, ensuring accurate product compatibility, attribute mapping, and data consistency
- Refine and manage product attributes, taxonomy, and catalog structure to enable accurate filtering, navigation, and product discovery
- Ensure accurate product attribution and data completeness across the catalog to maintain consistency and usability
- Identify catalog data issues (e.g., missing or incorrect attributes, inconsistent taxonomy, broken mappings) and implement scalable solutions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and tooling to improve catalog management efficiency and scalability

- Maintaining high data quality across large and complex product assortments
- Ensuring consistency of product attributes and taxonomy across multiple webshops and markets
- Managing dependencies between catalog data and Product Configurator tools (e.g., ensuring correct compatibility logic)

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools
- Solid understanding of e-commerce navigation, filters, product attributes, and category optimization
