We're Hiring | Marketplace & Performance Lead (Fashion E-commerce)

We are looking for an experienced professional from the fashion / apparel e-commerce segment with strong hands-on expertise in managing and scaling operations on Myntra and other leading marketplaces.

This is a high-ownership role requiring end-to-end understanding of catalog management + performance marketing (PLA).

Experience Required: 4–7 years (Fashion / Apparel marketplace experience mandatory)

Location: On-site, Bengaluru

Salary: 30-40k

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in handling Marketplace operations — from listing optimization to driving revenue through performance campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end catalog management on Myntra and other marketplaces
• Creating, uploading, and optimizing product listings (titles, attributes, content, images)
• Ensuring listing quality, discoverability, and compliance
• Managing stock updates, pricing, and new product launches
• Planning and executing PLA / performance campaigns on Myntra
• Managing ad budgets, ROAS targets, and scaling high-performing SKUs
• Monitoring sales performance and driving data-backed optimizations
• Coordinating with internal teams for content, creatives, and inventory alignment

Must-Have:

• Strong hands-on experience in Marketplace seller panel operations
• Proven track record of managing and scaling Myntra ads (PLA)
• Deep understanding of fashion category dynamics and marketplace algorithms
• Analytical mindset with revenue-focused approach
