Catalog & Customer Experience Associate 

Jaipur (On-site) | Full-time

Salary range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month

About the Role

We're looking for someone who loves the behind-the-scenes magic of running an online fashion brand - the person who makes sure every product looks beautiful online, every customer feels heard, and the whole catalog runs like clockwork.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys juggling multiple things, picks up new tools quickly, and has a genuine eye for fashion and aesthetics. You don't need to be techy - you just need to be curious, organized, and willing to learn. We'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

  • Keep our Shopify catalog accurate and beautiful - uploading products, organizing collections, updating pricing and inventory, and making sure every listing looks its best.

  • Create catalog visuals with AI tools - Use easy-to-learn AI tools (like Canva AI, ChatGPT, and Gemini) to create product mockups, lifestyle imagery, and presentation creatives while keeping Moora's aesthetic consistent and on-brand.

  • Be the friendly voice of Moora - Handle customer conversations across Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and our website. Help customers with orders, tracking, returns, and styling questions - always with warmth and a solution-first attitude.

  • Support day-to-day store operations - Pitch in during launches and sales, keep product and order data organized, and help us spot and fix issues quickly.

What We're Looking For

  • A good understanding of how online stores work (Shopify experience is a plus)
  • Comfort with learning AI tools for content and catalog creation
  • A sharp eye for fashion, lifestyle, and aesthetics
  • Strong attention to detail and an organized way of working
  • Warm, clear communication skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude - someone who takes ownership and figures things out
  • Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, and Excel is a bonus
  • Prior experience with D2C, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus but not a must
