We are seeking a detail-oriented Catalog Associate to maintain and organize our product database and inventory systems. The successful candidate will ensure accurate product information, pricing, and descriptions across all sales channels while supporting the merchandising and operations teams. As a Vendor/Brand Point of Contact (POC), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and growth of our vendor relationships. Your responsibilities will include managing key metrics such as selection, in-stock levels, and inventory availability.
You will be pivotal in on-boarding new selection from both new and existing vendors and providing ongoing support for inventory replenishment and daily business operations. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues related to inbound logistics, catalog management, and payments. As the primary contact for the brands and vendors under your management, you will ensure optimal performance and satisfaction.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary POC to assist the Vendors queries related to VCS (Vendor Catalog Support)
- Input, update, and verify product data, specifications etc in our catalog management system
- Audit and correct product information for accuracy and consistency across all platforms
- Formulate SOPs for the entire team to develop scalable solution around catalog
- Perform quality assurance checks on product listings and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues related to inbound logistics, catalog management, and payments.
- Act as the primary contact for managed brands and vendors, ensuring their satisfaction and success.

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 1+ years of sales or account management experience
