Catalog Executive (Shopify)

About The Role

We're looking for a Catalog Executive to manage and maintain our Shopify catalogue, ensuring products are accurately listed, categorised, priced and merchandised. You'll work closely with Content, Design, Tech, SCM and Inventory teams to keep the catalogue updated and error-free.

What You'll Do

• Create and update Shopify product listings including titles, descriptions, images, variants, pricing and product attributes.
• Maintain accurate SKU, MRP, selling price, GST/HSN, size, colour, material and other product data.
• Manage Shopify Active/Draft/Archived products, variants, collections, tags and metafields.
• Ensure correct category, sub-category and collection mapping.
• Coordinate with Content/Design teams for product images, descriptions, size charts and missing information.
• Support search & merchandising activities such as synonyms, redirects, sorting and product discoverability.
• Update and validate pricing, discounts and promotional catalogue data.
• Conduct regular catalogue audits and fix gaps across product data, images, pricing and collections.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to identify and resolve Shopify/catalogue issues.
• Maintain trackers and follow defined SOPs and catalogue processes.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in Shopify / E-commerce Catalogue Management.
• Hands-on experience with product listing and Shopify catalogue operations.
• Good understanding of product attributes, variants, collections, tags and metafields.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and large volumes of data.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Process-oriented, organised and comfortable working with tight timelines.
