About the Role

​We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and tech-savvy E-commerce Catalog & Content Optimization Specialist to own our product footprint across major digital storefronts. In this role, you won't just upload listings, you will blend core e-commerce SEO practices with modern AI workflows to maximize product discoverability, optimize pricing strategies, and build conversion-focused shopping experiences.

Must Have

Hands-on experience navigating the backend dashboards of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Shopify, and knows exactly how to make a product stand out to both search algorithms and everyday shoppers.

​Key Responsibilities

1) Multi-Channel Catalog Management

  • Own the end-to-end product cataloging lifecycle (bulk uploads, variant mapping, inventory sync, and error resolution).
  • Manage backend merchant panels seamlessly across Shopify and key marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
  • Proactively monitor account health, audit active listings, and fix suppressed or stranded SKUs.  

2) Hybrid Content Creation (SEO + AI-Driven)

  • ​Write high-converting, highly optimized Product Titles, Bullet Points, and Deep-Dive Product Descriptions.
  • Strategically integrate search keywords to dominate traditional search algorithms (Amazon A9, Google SEO).
  • ​Leverage generative AI tools to scale content production, refine copy, and format listings efficiently without losing brand voice.
  • Collaborate with design teams to conceptualize and execute high-impact Amazon A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) and Myntra brand stores.

3) Strategic Pricing & Competitor Audits

  • ​Assist in establishing and implementing dynamic pricing models across different channels while maintaining healthy margins.
  • Regularly audit competitor pricing, keywords, and creative assets to ensure our listings remain highly competitive.  

​Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Platform Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience working directly with Shopify admin panels and marketplace vendor/seller centrals (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra).
  • SEO Mastery: Proven track record of running keyword research using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Google Keyword Planner to optimize Product Detail Pages (PDPs).
  • AI Tool Fluency: Highly comfortable utilizing LLMs and AI writing tools to brainstorm angles, scale descriptions, and extract keyword structures.
  • ​A+ Content Layouts: Clear understanding of flat file architecture and visual storytelling structure required for premium A+ content modules.
  • Data Fluency: Advanced skills in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to handle thousands of rows of catalog data without breakages.
