Quickeee is a fast-growing quick commerce platform delivering fashion and lifestyle products in 60 minutes. We are building a speed-first, inventory-led model and are looking for an Associate Catalogue Manager to ensure high-quality, accurate, and fast product listings.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing product catalog operations end-to-end, ensuring all products are correctly listed with accurate information, images, and attributes to drive conversion and minimize errors.
What you will do
Catalog Management
- Create and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, attributes, pricing, SKUs)
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all listings
- Maintain high-quality product content and structure
Product Content & Quality
- Coordinate for product images, descriptions, and specifications
- Ensure listings are optimized for customer clarity and conversion
- Maintain proper categorization and tagging
Catalog Operations
- Work closely with category and brand teams for new product onboarding
- Ensure fast go-live of products
- Update listings based on price, stock, or product changes
Data & Accuracy
- Monitor and reduce catalog errors (wrong size, wrong SKU, incorrect data)
- Track listing performance and identify improvement areas
- Maintain clean and structured product data
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with:
- Category team (product details & onboarding)
- Operations team (inventory & availability)
- Marketing team (campaign listings & banners)
What we are looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in catalog / e-commerce operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with platforms like Shopify, marketplaces, or catalog tools
- Good understanding of fashion attributes (size, fit, variants)
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
