What You'll Do- Onboard and manage educators, trainers, and creators
- Design and structure industry-relevant course curriculum
- Own end-to-end lifecycle: ideation creation launch scale
- Drive category growth, revenue, and performance
- Ensure high-quality delivery, learner experience, and outcomes
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams for launches
- Track and optimize performance using data
What We're Looking For- 25 years experience in edtech / category / program / content management
- Strong understanding of course creation and curriculum design
- Ability to manage creators and drive outcomes
- Business mindset with ownership and accountability
- Strong communication and execution skills
