Responsibilities
- Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring smooth processing at Leaf & Loaf Agro Pvt. Ltd.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including cash and card payments, and manage the cash drawer.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their purchases, answering queries, and resolving any issues.
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies to enhance customer experience.
- Perform regular reconciliations of cash and card transactions to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Assist in training new cashiers and support team members in day-to-day operations.
- Report any issues related to transactions or customer service to the supervisor to ensure smooth operations at Leaf & Loaf Agro Pvt. Ltd.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and security.
- Participate in periodic audits and contribute to maintaining financial integrity at Leaf & Loaf Agro Pvt. Ltd.
- Support other departments and take on additional tasks as required to ensure overall efficiency.
Requirements
- 12th Standard / PUC qualification required; additional education or certifications are advantageous.
- 1-2 years of experience as a cashier or in a similar role preferred, but candidates with relevant skills are also welcome.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail to handle transactions accurately for Leaf & Loaf Agro Pvt. Ltd.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers.
