JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain cash drawer and balance at shift end.
- Ensure accurate pricing and transactions.
- Assist customers with queries and product information.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges.
- Manage billing using POS systems.
- Support sales through upselling when required
- Maintain cleanliness of the billing counter.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments
