Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Noida. The Assistant will provide administrative and operational support across various departments, manage routine office tasks, assist in scheduling meetings and appointments, handle documentation, and handle internal and external communications. The role may also involve preparing reports and managing records to ensure smooth workflow within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills for managing schedules, documents, and day-to-day operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools for documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic workplace environment.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Professionalism, ability to handle confidential information, and a collaborative attitude.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience is desirable.
