Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier Cum accountant to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good numerical skills, a basic understanding of billing systems, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments efficiently at the billing counter
• Scan items, generate bills, and collect payments accurately
• Ensure correct pricing and quantity on all transactions
• Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges when necessary
• Maintain proper cash register records and reconcile at the end of the shift
• Greet and assist customers in a courteous manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing area
• Report discrepancies or cash-related issues to the manager immediately
• Follow company policies related to transactions, returns, and financial procedures

Required Qualifications and Skills

•  Graduation is A Must ; a degree in commerce is an advantage
• 2–3 years of experience as a cashier or Payable and Receivable .
• Good numerical ability and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, computers, and billing software(wonder Software)
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Honesty, punctuality, and reliability are essential
