Cash Posting

We are seeking experienced Payment Posting Associates with 1–4 years of hands-on experience in US healthcare payment posting. If you have a strong understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process, excellent communication skills, and are eager to work in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately post payments (manual and electronic) from EOBs, ERAs, and patient payments into the billing system
• Ensure correct allocation of payments, adjustments, and write-offs
• Review and analyze payment discrepancies and resolve them efficiently
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity standards
• Coordinate with the AR and denial management teams to support resolution processes
• Ensure adherence to internal and client-specific quality and compliance guidelines
