Job Description

Are you ready to drive transformative change Join our Cash Operations Transformation team as a Senior Project Manager Associate on the firm-wide ISO 20022 program, leading Payments Operations initiatives that improve payment data quality, transparency, and straight-through processing for faster, more secure transactions.

As a Senior Project Manager Associate in Cash Operations Transformation, you will enable stable, scalable project delivery by partnering with cross-functional teams to define end-to-end process flows and clearly document functional and non-functional requirements across product, operations, compliance, and scalability. You will perform impact and gap analyses, shape the future-state operating model with Operations, Product, and Technology, and partner with UAT to ensure strong testing coverage and quality outcomes. You will track progress through go-live, lead operational readiness , change management, and ensure risks, controls, and regulatory requirements are met while resolving issues to minimize client and operational impact.


Job Responsibilities

  • Articulate process flows, including customer interactions and operations intervention.
  • Address functional and non-functional requirements, covering product features, operational needs, regulatory compliance, and scalability.
  • Perform impact and gap analysis for business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Technology partners to define future state.
  • Work with the UAT team to ensure thorough testing.
  • Track initiative progress, identify potential issues, and collaborate with partners for resolution.
  • Drive operations readiness for project go-lives and new process rollouts.
  • Conduct defect analysis, prioritize issues, and explore alternative solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Program and/or Product Delivery Manager to execute key delivery tasks and boost efficiencies.
  • Support change management activities and monitor adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Exceptional problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong facilitation capability to run structured, recurring stakeholder calls (including post-implementation checkpoints), synthesize inputs, and deliver concise executive-level updates.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment calm, structured approach under time pressure.
  • Highly proactive and inquisitive able to rapidly learn stakeholder landscape and workflows, surface gaps early, and drive actions to closure.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
  • Demonstrated delivery discipline through RAID/action tracking and proficiency with tooling (e.g., Monday.com or similar).
  • Self-motivated and tenacious, with excellent time management skills.
  • Demonstrated performance in product management or relevant domain area.
  • Skilled in executing operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Experienced in product deployment processes.
