Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for one of our MNC Bank clients in Cash Management Subject Matter Experts/Business Analysts, based in Mumbai or Pune Key responsibilities include working with product and operations teams on CMS product domains and processes. Gathering and documenting business requirements, identifying and addressing gaps in cash management operations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements. The role requires excellent analytical, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills to ensure efficient delivery of business solutions related to cash management.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in Cash management products or Operation processes
• Experience in new product roll outs , change the bank initiatives
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Competence in understanding, documenting, and interpreting Business Requirements for project success.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Mumbai or at pune ,with a focus on achieving key deliverables.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
