Role : Process Manager Cash application & Customer Services

Process: Finance & Accounting Shared Services Revenue accounting

Location: Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hands on experience of cash applications and disputes management
  • Closely monitoring the AR aging
  • Driving DSO to meet the targets.
  • Ensuring the collection targets of self and the teams are achieved.
  • Ability to work independently, research, proactively identifies issues, offer solutions & document conclusions.
  • Strong passion to go above and beyond to serve the customers.
  • Strong ability to take informed business decisions.
  • Ability to identify the potential risk / gaps in the process and institute controls to mitigate the risk.
  • Ability to lead a team of 10 15 associates.
  • Monitor the daily deliverables / SLA's and delivers the necessary MIS reports like AR aging, Collection metrics, DSO,etc.
  • Strong acumen to work with international client / business partners.
  • Experience in working with the onshore clients and transitions, work allocation.
  • Strong in imparting trainings to the associates Conduct team's 1x1 and appraisal.
  • Experience in hiring / recruitment, training of new hires.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships across departments and work with the global teams.
  • Strong ability and passion to nurture / mentor the team

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Qualified / Semi qualified chartered / Cost accountant / B.com / BBA / MBA / with 10+ Years of accounting experience.
  • Experience in handling AR process like cash application, billing & Collections.
  • Strong understanding of end to end of O2C cycle.
  • Experience in handling international customer with effective communication skills and passion to drive cash collection.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Hands on experience in Oracle Financials E- business suite & Fusion
  • Knowledge of cash application tools like APRO and Highradius is preferred.
  • Sound understanding of SOX controls.
  • Self-driven and self-motivated
