Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads from potential patients interested in medical procedures and treatments.
• Connect with prospective patients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand patient requirements and provide relevant information about medical procedures, treatment options, and healthcare services.
• Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into qualified business opportunities.
• Manage the complete lead journey, from initial enquiry to conversion.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, and updates in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
