Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Case Manager role located in Gurugram. The Case Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end medical journey of international patients. Core responsibilities include assisting patients with appointment scheduling, organizing travel and accommodation logistics, liaising with healthcare professionals to customize treatment plans, and ensuring all medical and administrative processes run efficiently. The Case Manager will act as a primary point of contact, providing updates and emotional support to patients and their families throughout the process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in case management or patient coordination, preferably within the healthcare or medical tourism industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
  • Organizational capabilities, time management, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is advantageous
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems, medical terminology, and patient-centered approaches
  • Ability to problem-solve, provide effective solutions, and navigate multicultural client relationships
  • Proficiency in using office and project management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
