Supervision & Flight Monitoring: Oversee daily warehouse and ramp operations, ensuring all cargo build-up, loading, and unloading activities are executed safely and on schedu - le.SLA & Performance Management: Ensure ground handling agents (GHAs) strictly adhere to partner airline Service Level Agreements (SLAs), safety protocols, and standard operating procedur
- es.Discrepancy & Irregularity Handling: Actively manage and resolve operational challenges such as cargo offloads, damages, discrepancies, or flight delays, minimizing impact on delivery timelin
- es.Documentation & Compliance: Verify and ensure all operational paperwork, including Manifests, NOTOCs (Notification to Captain), and customs documentation, are compliant with IATA and local regulatory bodi

Qualificat
- ionsExperience: Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in Air Cargo Operations, Hub Management, or GSSA operational supervis
- ion.Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse handling procedures, ramp safety, IATA regulations, Live Animals Regulations (LAR), and Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) certification (Category 6/8 preferr
- ed).Leadership Skills: Proven track record of supervising teams, managing vendor relationships (GHAs), and taking decisive action under press
