Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cargo Operations Manager located in Delhi and Cargo Executive in Maldives. The Cargo Operations Manager will oversee daily cargo operations, manage transhipments , and ensure adherence to SOP Cargo terminal operator, custom regulations and standards as per the industry.

Responsibilities include planning and coordinating logistics activities, supervising team performance, maintaining safety and compliance, and liaising with stakeholders, including airlines, clients, and regulatory bodies. Developing and maintaining efficient processes to enhance productivity and ensure excellent service delivery is a key part of this role. The manager will also analyze operational data to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong airline management, operations planning, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and handling air cargo operations.
• Team management and leadership skills with effective communication proficiency.
• Data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
• Smart AI user.
• Bachelor's degree
• Dangerous goods certification is plus
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant air cargo operations or freight forwarding experience
• Retired Army, customs and exercise, BCAS, navy and air force are preferred candidates.
