Job Title: Cargo Freight Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Cargo Freight Executive to manage and coordinate cargo and freight operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling shipments, coordinating with customers and logistics teams, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely movement of cargo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate domestic and international cargo/freight shipments.
• Handle cargo booking, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Prepare and maintain cargo, shipping, and freight-related documents.
• Coordinate with customers, airlines, freight forwarders, transporters, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Ensure proper handling, loading, unloading, and movement of cargo.
• Check shipment details, invoices, airway bills, and other relevant documents.
• Resolve shipment-related issues and customer queries.
• Maintain accurate records of cargo movements and daily operations.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and cargo-handling guidelines.

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays if required.
