Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in enterprise healthcare platforms, integration architecture, and data-driven solution design.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should possess deep understanding of healthcare applications and platforms, enterprise integration technologies, cloud environments, and data architecture principles, along with the ability to design scalable and business-aligned technology Responsibilities :
- Design and implement scalable enterprise solutions aligned with business and technology objectives
- Provide architecture guidance and technical leadership across application, integration, and data platforms
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and engineering teams to define
solution roadmaps and architecture strategies
- Architect and support integrations across enterprise healthcare systems and platforms
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, and security guidelines
- Drive solution design for :
- Data integration and ETL processes
- API and microservices-based architectures
- Cloud-native and hybrid environments
- Support modernization and optimization initiatives across enterprise applications and platforms
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical assessments, and solution governance activities
- Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance across solution implementations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve architecture and integration Skills & Experience :
- 7 - 10 years of overall IT experience
- Around 5 years of strong functional and technical understanding of healthcare platforms and applications such as :
- WGS
- Facets
- SPS
- Data Platforms
- Member/Provider Communication platforms (Sydney / Solution Central)
- Carelon services (Carelon BH, Carelon RX, etc.)
- Strong understanding of :
- ETL tools and data integration concepts
- Database technologies and data modeling
- ETL best practices and data processing workflows
- Good exposure to :
- Multi-cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Cloud architecture and deployment models
- Knowledge of :
- Data security protocols and governance practices
- ERP and CRM platforms
- Enterprise integration technologies
- Hands-on understanding of :
- API Management
- SOA
- Microservices Architecture
- Kafka and event-driven systems
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture guidelines, standards, and principles
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
