Job Position

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking an Associate Director BPM to lead strategic and operational initiatives to drive business performance, service excellence, and transformation across the organization. You will be responsible for aligning departmental goals with enterprise priorities, managing end-to-end service delivery, and enabling growth through innovation, collaboration, and commercialization.

Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Planning & Performance Management:
  • Translate organizational and tower-level Blue Chips into actionable departmental goals.
  • Drive performance management through measurable KPIs and continuous improvement.
  • Promote and embed organizational culture through leadership, coaching, and role modeling.
  • Operational Leadership:
  • Oversee and manage service delivery to ensure best-in-class outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end account management including employee budgets and P&L performance.
  • Manage annual and off-cycle compensation planning and budgeting processes.
  • Build, test, and manage business continuity plans to ensure operational resilience.
  • Transformation & Innovation:
  • Design and transform operating models to enhance customer and stakeholder experience.
  • Deliver efficiency savings through automation, process innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead operations and technology integration in partnership with enterprise teams.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and Communities of Practice (CoPs) to identify opportunities, secure funding, and implement strategic solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and enabling functions to enhance employee experience and drive strategic changes.
  • Growth & Commercialization:
  • Explore and identify opportunities to expand the business footprint and lead transitions.
  • Support commercialization efforts including RFP responses and solution 15-18 years of overall experience, including leading large-scale operations (800+ FTEs) with full ownership of P&L, service delivery, and strategic transformation.
  • Proven success in driving automation, digital integration, and commercialization across diverse business units and geographies.
  • Strong track record in building high-performing teams, fostering an inclusive culture, and enhancing employee experience through leadership and coaching.
