Job Position
- Acts as a central coordinator within the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) function to manage procurement-related requests, drive intake governance, and enable seamless collaboration between Business, Sourcing, and Vendor Management teams. Responsible for analytics, PMO oversight, and providing system and analytics support to Vendor Managers, while ensuring timely resolution of operational issues related to payments and procurement systems.
Job Responsibility
Responsible for driving intake governance, analytics, and PMO activities within SRM while enabling seamless coordination across Business, Sourcing, and Vendor Management teams.
- Serve as a single point of coordination across Business, Sourcing, and SRM teams to intake, triage, and channelize requests via Intake tool.
- Establish and manage intake governance and PMO tracking, ensuring prioritization, SLA adherence, and pipeline visibility.
- Provide analytics and reporting support (CAP issues, Governance schedules, vendor performance) through dashboards and insights.
- Provide system and analytics support to Vendor Managers to enhance supplier performance management.
- Support and manage updates in Process Unity (vendor management) in coordination with VM Operations.
- Actively resolve payment, invoice, and PO-related issues, including funding gaps, mismatches, and delays in coordination with Procurement Operations and Business teams.
- Track and manage vendor-related issues, escalations, and compliance updates within SRM frameworks.
- Drive process improvements and automation across procurement and vendor management lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, controls, and system processes.
- Improve stakeholder experience by enhancing turnaround time, transparency, and governance rigor.
- Proficiency with AI-enabled productivity and reporting tools to support vendor oversight, contract management, and operational efficiency.
- Experience using AI and analytics tools to monitor vendor performance, identify risks, automate workflows, and support strategic sourcing Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or related field. Certifications in Procurement (CIPS), Project Management (PMP/Agile), or Analytics preferred.
Experience
- 6-10 years of experience in Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), PMO, or Operations roles
- Hands-on experience with procurement lifecycle (PR, PO, invoicing, payments)
- Strong working knowledge of Ariba, iCertis (CLM), SNOW (SIR), and Process Unity
- Experience in analytics, dashboarding, and stakeholder reporting
- Proven experience in cross-functional coordination and issue resolution
- Exposure to healthcare payer/vendor ecosystem is an added advantage
Skills And Competencies
- Strong understanding of Procurement lifecycle and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
- Expertise in analytics, reporting, and dashboarding (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, DOMO)
- Ability to manage PMO governance, intake frameworks, and prioritization models
- Strong knowledge of procurement and vendor management tools (Ariba, iCertis CLM, SNOW, Process Unity)
- Proven ability to resolve payment and system-related issues effectively
- Strong capability to provide system support and analytics insights to Vendor Managers
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High attention to detail with focus on process efficiency and controls
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
