Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance to patients or clients in need of support in daily activities.
Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility.
Administer medications and manage health care routines as directed by healthcare professionals.
Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs as required.
Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes to healthcare team members.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.

Skills and Qualifications

2-12 years of experience in caregiving or a related field.
Certification in caregiving or nursing assistance is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and their families.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transferring clients.
Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
Empathy and patience in dealing with clients with diverse needs.
Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
