Role overview
UID Delhi NCR is looking for a dynamic CSD Manager/ Placement manager who will be responsible for end-to-end campus placements, internships, and industry interface for our design students, working closely with top recruiters and creative industries. The role is based at our Unitedworld school of Design, Delhi NCR campus.
Key responsibilities
- Drive campus placement and internship processes for all design programs (B.Des/M.Des etc.), from employer outreach to offer roll-out and joining.
- Build and nurture relationships with design studios, brands, agencies, startups, and corporate design teams to generate consistent hiring opportunities.
- Organise placement drives, portfolio review days, industry talks, workshops, and networking events to enhance student employability and visibility.
- Coordinate pre-placement training (portfolio building, CVs, interview skills, GDs) in collaboration with faculty and external trainers.
- Maintain and grow recruiter database, placement reports, and alumni connect to support long-term hiring pipelines.
Candidate profile
- 48 years of experience in campus placements, corporate relations, or similar roles, preferably in a design/creative/education set-up.
- Strong network or demonstrated ability to build connects with design, media, ecommerce, fashion, product, UI/UX and allied creative sectors.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and student-facing skills, with a passion for mentoring young creative professionals.
- Comfortable working with targets, data, and reporting for placement performance.
