Job Description

Role: Career Service Executive (CSE)

Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad – 380051

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Position Overview

The Career Service Executive (CSE) serves as the primary point of contact for assigned students throughout their job search journey. The role focuses on building strong student relationships, ensuring job search consistency, monitoring interview activities, maintaining CRM records, and supporting students until successful placement.

The CSE plays a critical role in driving student engagement, accountability, and placement outcomes while ensuring an exceptional student experience.

Key Responsibilities

Student Engagement & Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with assigned students.
    • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to understand student progress, challenges, and goals.
    • Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability throughout the job search process.
    • Ensure timely follow-ups and proactive communication with students.
    • Address student concerns and coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
Job Search & Interview Management

    • Monitor daily job application activities and overall job search performance.
    • Guide students on effective job search strategies, networking, and best practices.
    • Track interview schedules and maintain interview records.
    • Coordinate interview preparation support and ensure students are adequately prepared before interviews.
    • Monitor interview outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
CRM & Data Management

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in CRM.
    • Record all student interactions, interviews, offers, placements, and follow-up activities.
    • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
    • Generate reports and provide regular updates on student progress.
Placement Management

    • Track students throughout the complete placement lifecycle.
    • Verify placement information and supporting documentation.
    • Coordinate placement-related activities and post-placement processes.
    • Monitor placement quality and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Performance & Operations

    • Meet assigned student engagement and placement targets.
    • Follow company processes, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
    • Participate in team meetings, training programs, and process improvement initiatives.
    • Contribute ideas and best practices to improve student outcomes and team performance.
Qualifications

Education

    • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Experience

    • 1–3 years of experience in Career Services, Recruitment, Student Success, Customer Success, Operations, Counseling, or related fields.
Skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong AI adaptability,
    • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple students and priorities simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
    • Strong data management and reporting skills.
    • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
