Role Summary
The Career Section Head/ Team will own and drive the overall career-focused strategy of the platform, ensuring high-quality content, strong industry partnerships, and meaningful user engagement that supports career discovery and growth.
Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage partnerships with employers, institutions, mentors, and career-focused organizations.
- Oversee user engagement initiatives to increase reach, retention, and impact within the career section.
- Collaborate with editorial, product, and marketing teams to align career content with user needs and platform goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve content relevance and engagement.
